This summary restates the terms below in everyday language. If the two ever seem to differ, the full terms are the ones that count.
- What the site is
- A non-commercial, educational website. Everything on it is for education and entertainment, and none of it is financial advice.
- Data comes with no guarantee
- Prices, economic figures and AI summaries come from third parties or are generated automatically. They can be late, incomplete or wrong.
- Sharing our content
- You can read, print and share our articles and charts for your own non-commercial use, with a link back. Third-party data and logos belong to their owners.
- Fair use of the site
- Please don't scrape or bulk-download pages, overload the site, misuse the forms or try to get round its security.
- The crypto and scanner tools
- They are for research and practice. You pick the coins and rules, alerts are best-effort while a tab is open, no order is ever placed, and any keys you enter stay in your browser.

OutsmartMoney.ai is a non-commercial educational project run by David Bryan under InnovatingTech, the name for his personal projects (not a company). Contact: info@outsmartmoney.ai
In these terms, "the site", "we" and "us" mean OutsmartMoney.ai and David Bryan. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Educational and entertainment use only
All content on the site, including articles, research, charts, calculators, trend scores, AI-written summaries and daily wraps, is provided for general education and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any investment. We are not financial advisers and are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Content and data ownership
The site's original articles, research, charts, calculators, design and code belong to David Bryan. You may read, print and share them for personal, non-commercial use, provided you credit OutsmartMoney.ai and link to the original page. Any other use, including republishing whole articles or using our content in a paid product, needs our written permission.
Market prices, economic statistics, news headlines and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners, such as exchanges, data providers, statistical agencies, central banks and publishers, and are shown under their terms. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that third-party material.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or download the site's pages or data in bulk, except through search engines' normal indexing;
- overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- use the contact, newsletter or waitlist forms to send spam, malicious code or other people's details without their permission;
- present content from the site as personal financial advice or as coming from a regulated firm.
5. Accuracy and availability
The site and its content are provided "as is". Prices and other data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and AI-written summaries are produced automatically from that data and can contain errors. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, current or available at any particular time, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6. Crypto Bargains and the Momentum Scanner
Crypto Bargains and the Momentum Scanner are research and practice tools. In My Plan you choose the coins, the budget and the rule for splitting it, and the tool only works out the split from your choices. The scanner's plan and journal work the same way for practice trades. Neither tool places orders, connects to a broker or exchange account, or holds money or cryptoassets for you, and nothing you do in them is a trade. Zone labels and cycle targets are explained in section 8 of the disclaimer.
Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. They run only while a Crypto Bargains page is open in a browser tab, they depend on our data sources and on Discord, Telegram or your browser to deliver them, and they can arrive late or not at all. Please don't rely on them to manage a real position.
Any API key, token, webhook address or chat ID you enter stays in your browser, and is sent on only when you use the feature it belongs to, as the cookie policy explains. You are responsible for keeping those details safe and for following the terms of CoinStats, Telegram and Discord when you use them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any investment loss, loss of profit or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
8. Links to other websites
The site links to news articles, data sources and other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Newsletter and waitlists
If you join the newsletter or a waitlist you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@outsmartmoney.ai or using the link in any email we send. We may close a list, or remove an address from it, if it is misused or the list is discontinued.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I share your articles and charts?
Yes, for personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the page you took them from. Sending a link to a friend, printing an article or showing a chart in a conversation are all fine. Republishing whole articles on another website, or using our charts in something you charge for, needs our written permission first, and the easiest way to ask is info@outsmartmoney.ai.
The prices and economic figures on our pages belong to the organisations that publish them, such as Nasdaq, CoinGecko, the ONS and the Bank of England, so for that data you'd need to go to the source.
Can I scrape the prices or reuse the trend scores in my own app?
Please don't scrape the site or download pages in bulk; it puts load on a small, non-commercial site and the underlying data isn't ours to licence. The method behind the trend score is published in full on the markets page, so you are welcome to understand it and build something similar from data you have the right to use. For live prices, going to a data provider directly will get you better data on clearer terms than copying ours.
Which law applies to these terms?
The law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
